Our Beers
These are our core beers, that you should always be able to find on our taps, in our fridges, and at our accounts. In addition to these, we have fun on the brewhouse and in the lab coming up with new beers; some returning, some seasonal, and some just gracing us with their presence once.
Maestro
7.1% abv
India Pale Ale
Our home-base IPA that always hits the spot. The 2-Row, munich and caramel malts provide a smooth base for this IPA heavily hopped with Citra and Chinook.
Chowder
6.1% abv
Hazy India Pale Ale
This favorite hazy IPA is brewed with lots of wheat for a fuller body. A heavy whirlpool addition and multiple dry hops of Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe emphasize aromas of citrus, pineapple and berries.
Hoochie Mama
5.6% abv
Fruited Kettle Sour
A GABF silver medal winner! This blonde ale is kettle-soured with yogurt and fermented with loads of guava puree for a tart, refreshing beer. Guava flavors and aroma dominate.
Urban Sombrero
4.8% abv
Mexican-Style Lager
Our easy drinker. This classic light Mexican-style lager is brewed with corn and a hint of real lime zest added for a crisp and refreshing finish.
Money Trees
6.4% abv
India Pale Ale
A go-to IPA. This light-bodied IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook lending big flavors of citrus and tropical fruit.
We brew a wide range of beer styles on our 20 barrel brew house - keeping favorite beers coming back while continuing to bring something new to our list. We always aim to have about 20 beers on tap at a time.
